CARBONICAN offer 2 years + 2 month warranty for CARBONICIAN rims and wheels under usual use. we have confidence on the quality of our rims and wheels, so we are no afraid to offer the longest warranty time, the common warranty time is 12 or 18 month, which us offer 26 month warranty time.

When there is a rim/wheel have quality problem, we will ask customer to provide 3 photos, one is the photo of the broken aera, second is the photo of the whole rim/wheel, and the third photo is the rim's ID sticker.

From the rim's ID sticker, we can see that the rim is made at August 2014. so we will calculate the rims warranty time from August 31th,2014 to October 30th, 2016.
